We encourage all our members (so you will need to be on our mailing list) to take one of a number of DVDs we are making available to view with friends, relatives or colleagues.
As there is some cost and effort involved in making these available we ask people to register their name with us so we can track the DVDs. A small donation (£1) to the Exeter-PSC would also be appreciated.
We also ask those who take a DVD to make every effort to view and discuss these with others. There are many actions people can take locally, these are listed on our web site.
At present we have the following DVDs (more to follow, suggestions welcome):
Resisting Occupation on the Ground
DVD produced by the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions (ICAHD).
It is about 20 mins long and specifically designed for the purpose. There are covering notes to go with the DVD (from postmaster) and ICAHD ask for donations towards their campaign. Their website is http://www.icahd.org/eng/
Regional BBC interview with Ed Hill and Labour FoI representative
DVD produced by Ed Hill.
This DVD is about 15 mins long and is a good example of the kind of arguments you get from Friends of Israel (FoI) groups. There is an accompanying letter for you to sign and send to your MP/MEP.
De Facto State of Lawlessness
DVD produced by Tel Rumeida Project.
The DVD is about 45 mins long (a 15 min version is available for PC viewing only). As well as showing extremist Jewish settler violence in Hebron, the DVD highlights the problems faced by Palestinians in their own land. More background and up-to-date information can be found on the group’s web site http://www.telrumeidaproject.org
You can also join the local Hebron Exeter Twinning Association (HETA).
